About Maggannie Property Management Services

Maggannie Property Management LLC (MPM LLC) was established after recognizing the negative impact that poorly maintained rental properties can have on the property values of other homes in the neighborhood. With deep roots in rental property management, our foundation comes from a long lineage of multi-family rental property owners. Our founder, Valerie Jefferson, acquired hands-on experience by assisting with family properties and contracting businesses. Over time, she began helping family and friends manage their rental properties, quickly mastering the complexities of dealing with contractors, housing codes, and landlord/tenant laws.

To assist more individuals in reaping the benefits of their rental properties without the burdens of tenants, maintenance, and upkeep, Maggannie Property Management LLC was launched.

Valerie Jefferson holds a BS in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University and an MS in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College. Throughout her professional career, she has held various leadership positions in Customer Service, Logistics, Project Management, and Operations with several companies in Fairfield & New Haven Counties. Over 20 years ago, Valerie began managing rental properties for family and friends, which led her to establish Maggannie Property Management LLC in 2008. Since then, she has become the go-to expert locally for rental property management, renovation, and improvement needs. Valerie leverages her strong project management and leadership skills from her corporate career, along with long-standing relationships with highly skilled area contractors, to effectively manage properties in the Maggannie Property Management LLC portfolio.
